Short Bio:	Lea-Ann Germinder, APR, Fellow PRSA is a strategic consultant and president & founder of Germinder + Associates, Inc. She has worked with CEOs and senior management for several global companies. The company was founded in 1998 and is based in the New York City area & Kansas City, Missouri. Lea-Ann is a former national PRSA director & trustee of the PRSA Foundation, a past president of the PRSA-NY chapter & the Kansas City (KC) chapter. She is a co-founder and chair emeritus of the Inez Y. Kaiser GKC-PRSA Memorial Scholarship Fund to honor the legacy of Inez Kaiser and award student scholarships. Germinder provides strategic communication and is a currrently pursuing her doctorate in strategic communication: research on responsible AI at the University of Missouri-Columbia, MO.
