She has led and delivered outstanding business results in financial services, print/broadcast media and marketing communications industries. She is Founder/CEO, AT3 Resources – The MUVMNT Agency; an award-winning brand growth agency, focused on designing communications and creating movements that elevate brand experiences. Key clientele include global corporations, local conglomerates and influential private clients. Over the last decade Tosin has dedicated her work life to helping brands thrive in this ‘Always On’ world. Her work on META (Facebook), Coca-Cola, Procter and Gamble, Guinness, Microsoft,Nokia, NIBSS, Polaris Bank, Etisalat, British Airways, Ford, Radisson Blu, OLAM, CFM and many others too numerous to mention hasn’t gone unnoticed. She has been listed as one of the 'Top 50 women in Marketing Communications’ by Brand Communicator for 2 consecutive years and one of the top 100 Leading Ladies in Africa. In 2023, Tosin was honored as the 'Outstanding PR Personality of the Year' by Marketing Edge and she was recognized as one of 'The Top 50 Industry Women Change Makers' by The Industry in the same year. She is very passionate about gender inclusion/equality and female empowerment; as a member of Women in Management & Business, (WIMBIZ) - the foremost NGO for women in sub-Saharan Africa, she has served on numerous committees and chaired the communications committee of the annual conference for three consecutive years including the milestone 20th anniversary. Concurrently, she also served for three years as Chair, Communications of the Central Organizing Committee for the Nigerian Economic Summit Group’s (NESG) annual summit. Tosin is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, Chartered Institute of Public Relations UK and an Associate Member Institute of Directors.
