With a proven track record to support business goals and reputation, Diana is well-versed in developing, implementing and executing integrated communications strategies and tactics. Having lived and worked in multiple countries on three different continents and for all three Divisions of Bayer, she gained broad international experience and a truly customer-focused mindset. Diana is experienced and effective in leading high-performing and cross-cultural teams as she is excited about harnessing the power of diversity, leveraging individual strengths and leading by example. In her current role as Head of Global Consumer Health Communications at Bayer, she is responsible for shaping the company’s global positioning on personal health.
