BCW ideated a special company calendar for the leading tissue paper producer Sofidel, which turned into the most successful internal communication campaign and most extravagant cross cultural team building experience ever arranged by the company. Sofidel’s 6.600 employees all over the world were each invited to apply to represent the company’s international community. 13 of them then flew to Italy for the photo shoot by the photographer Pietro Paolini and became the protagonists of “We, Sofidel. Our Passions Fuel Our Future”. A calendar putting the Group’s people centre stage while celebrating their talent and the passions that enrich their lives.
