Existing legal standards for parking space size in Latvia are outdated, that causes many accidents. To change the situation for better, the standards stipulated in the law had to be altered. But politicians did not consider this issue to be of the main priority. Thanks to campaign developed for Motor Insurers' Bureau of Latvia with meaningful mix of traditional and social media, sensitive reaction on intermediate results, as well as subtle use of digital marketing tools with minimal budgets, we’ve put this issue on the agenda of society and politicians, achieving that the Latvian Parliament decides to change the standards.
