CIMER is an electronical system which citizens can use right to demand or complaint and also right to information from public administration by CIMER. We accept %95 per cent of applications by internet. [www.cimer.gov.tr, e-government (www.turkiye.gov.tr)]. Other application tools are: ALO 150, letter, fax, personally apply. Our number of application is approximately three millions per year. The main aim of CIMER, strengthening the communication between the state and the citizen in the context of participatory democracy and contribute to the formation of a public management style that provides transparent, accountable and citizen satisfaction.
