With this event, Körber implemented in recruiting what the Group stands for with customers and partners: innovation. Speakers from the Körber businesses plus external experts provided an in-depth look into the company. After the pilot was a success, Körber took it a big step further by turning one day into a week: The global virtual Career Week in 2022. All content was generated internally, and the events resulted in 60% increase in applications, coupled with a notable improvement in brand awareness.
