The Kallitsantsis family, initiate the first ever proxy fight in Greece and ask from the Group's shareholders to vote at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) in favor of a completely new Board of Directors. The "CHANGE4ELLAKTOR" investor relations campaign is launched with the aim to mobilize shareholders to vote in favor of the Kallitsantsis family's motion. At July's AGM, the proposed by the Kallitsantsis family BoD gains 54.55% of the vote.
