Ahead of the launch of two innovative new mortgage products, Post Office launched ‘A Home of Your Own’ – a year-long communications campaign designed to raise awareness of the business as a relevant financial services provider, and reach first-time buyers (FTBs) as they consider how to take those all-important first steps on the housing ladder.  With consideration of Post Office mortgages at just 5% this posed a significant challenge.  Through a series of integrated campaigns, each addressing a topical issue related to homeownership from the perspective of FTBs, we successfully achieved our objectives, ensuring engagement amongst target customers.
