IPRA, the International Public Relations Association, has signed a co-operation agreement with The Public Relations Association of Hong Kong Limited (PRAHK). Under the agreement, inter alia, the organisations will exchange materials such as IPRA’s Thought Leadership essays and know-how to help with the development of the PR profession.
Reacting to the agreement, Ross Lai, President of PRAHK commented: “The Public Relations Association of Hong Kong is honoured to enter into an agreement with IPRA. PRAHK will benefit from the worldwide representation of IPRA’s membership and access to global trends in public relations. Meanwhile, we will be happy to provide a local perspective to IPRA wherever required.”
“This co-operation renews a friendship stretching back to 1992. These agreements add to our extending network of co-operation with PR groups around the world,” explains IPRA President Bart de Vries. “Under these we hope to provide help where it is needed and to expand IPRA’s Golden World Awards programme to new areas of PR practice.”
